Meet our Customer Care Representative, Melissa!
Melissa, how long have you been working at Cryos and what is your role?
I've been working at Cryos since November of 2019 as a Customer Care Coordinator. My role involves interfacing with our clients and answering any questions they may have through our different channels like online chat, email, and of course over the phone.
What is your favorite part about being a Customer Care Representative for Cryos?
I love being able to provide the information clients need to help their families grow!
Which questions are you asked most frequently?
I'm frequently asked about the basics like how Cryos works, from the donation process to purchasing donor eggs and donor sperm. I'm also asked frequently about our costs, as related to our gametes.
Cryos donors come from many different walks of life. We are proud to have a very diverse group of donors in terms of ethnicity, education, etc. If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a Cryos donor, visit our website and fill out a free online application.

The pricing of our products can vary greatly depending on several factors. For example, the cost of sperm can vary due to the type of profile and also the sperm's motility. What is one thing that you wish clients would know or do better?
I wish our clients knew about all the incredible resources that are available to them on our website and blog. The answers to many of the questions I get each day can be found in either place. Reading through the blogs can really help prepare them for their journey. It also can help with answers to many questions like how our shipping works!
Do you have any tips for clients starting the process or planning to order?
Before you start your journey with us, be sure to have a consult with your doctor to make sure you are healthy and ready to conceive. Also, if you are doing home insemination learn how to properly track your ovulation so that you can time your orders better and relieve some of the stress that goes along with shipping. Is there anything else you would like for our clients to know?
I just want to really stress how important it is that our clients are tracking their ovulation properly! I also want to clarify that when they place an order the date they select is NOT the day they will receive the order, but it’s actually the day that it will ship and leave our facility in Orlando, Florida.
