SpermWash®
SpermWash® is a culture medium for "swim-up" and washing of spermatozoa or for dilution of stock solution of density-gradient for IUI or IVF. SpermWash® medium is composed of Earle's balanced salt solution (EBSS) with HSA, puruvate, Hepes, phenol red, bicarbonate and Gentamicin (10 microgram/ml). SpermWash® is delivered sterile as a "kit" or in different bottle sizes - all with teflon-coated rubber stoppers and tamper proof seal. Shelf life: 18 months from date of production.
